Just Released: Betrayal of the Guardian
February 22nd saw the release of the newest expansion set for the WoW TCG -- Betrayal of the Guardian.
Here are the loot cards contained in Betrayal of the Guardian:
- Ghostly Charger - Rare flying mount (1/242 packs)
- Dark Portal Hearthstone - Super uncommon hearthstone replacement item (1/121 packs)
- Floating Spellbook - Very common pet loot (1/11 packs)
Although the loot cards are available now, these loot items will not be redeemable until February 26th, when Patch 5.2 is officially released.
October 2012 Expansion: War of the Ancients
The latest expansion set for the WoW TCG was just released on October 2nd. "Timewalkers: War of the Ancients", features three new loot cards, including a cool new flying mount -- the Feldrake.
Here's a look at the three new loot cards from Tomb of the Forgotten...
- Feldrake (1 in 242 packs) - New drake mount with a really cool skin!
- Demon Hunter's Aspect (1 in 121 packs) - Disguise yourself as a Demon Hunter and look as badass as Illidan!
- Eye of the Legion (1 in 11 packs) - An awesome new pet which looks just like the Warlock's Eye of Kilrogg spell!

Landro's Gift Loot Card
Landro's Gift Loot Card is far and away the most exciting WoW loot card ever released. This new super common loot card from the Wrathgate expansion has people all fired up in a fit of gambling fever.
The Landro's Gift Box loot card is redeemable for one Landro's Gift Box. As the title suggests, you collect it from Landro Longshot in Booty Bay, as with the rest of the WoW TCG Loot. What makes this item so much fun, is the possibility of what can be inside. Although the Landro's Gift Box loot card is very common, the loot that comes from it can be very uncommon.
Most of the time you'll see one of the following items...
but once in awhile, if you get really lucky, one of the following mounts may be in there:
Riding Turtle- Reins of the Swift Spectral Tiger
- Reins of the Spectral Tiger
- X-51 Nether-Rocket X-TREME
- X-51 Nether-Rocket
- Big Battle Bear
YIKES! Some of those mounts sell for hundreds of dollars on ebay..!
